I'm a product manager from Medan, North Sumatra. I started as a technical engineer in 2009, moved into e-commerce in 2012, and have worked on product since 2015.

I coordinate well across teams and also work independently. I learn new tools quickly and like solving problems end to end.

  • Redesigned Blibli's 2011-era UI/UX into a modern experience (Jan 2016), using agile delivery, and released mobile apps for Android, Windows Mobile and iOS.
  • Built and grew the B2B business in 2020, delivering an integration platform for external partners (8 partners onboarded).
  • Launched in-house CRM tools for Customer Service and Operations from 2016: sales monitoring and a ticketing system.
  • Work across Finance, Business, HR, Legal and Compliance, Operations and external partners to keep each product running end to end.

  • Rolled out the e-commerce platform on Magento Enterprise and shipped features to meet company and business requirements.
  • Managed vendors for customer-facing web and app, internal ERP and warehouse management systems.
